At MAIKA MUYKA, we stand behind our apparel and products 100%. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of the products, we cannot issue refunds for any other reason. Once an order has been placed, the manufacturing stage starts immediately, and costs are borne immediately by us. Therefore we stress that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
We have a 21-day replacement policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to report an issue. If 21 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please start a return by contacting us at sales@maikamuyka.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Sizes
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for wrongly ordered sizes. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Please check the size guide available in the product page to make sure you order a correct size.
Wrong Address
Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order. Once your order is placed your product is immediately placed into production so that it will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Because of that we are unable to update any mailing addresses once your order has been placed.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Notification for EU Customers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
